Sometimes too much of a good thing isn’t good. I’ve got thousands of messages in my Gmail inbox, and hundreds of those are unread.
Gmail doesn’t have an intutive way to organize your inbox by unread messages, meaning unopened e-mails are peppered throughout all those read messages.
To sort your inbox to return only unopened e-mails, enter
label:unread
